Well, by the title yes im searching for a male steelix with relaxed nature about lvl 35-40. Wether its hacked or not doesn't bother me at all.

*And if its not too much to ask or is possible.... EV spread: 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 SpD

I'll be willing to trade whatever I have in my boxes..which is quite a bit.

It would probably take me a day or so since I would probably have to breed a Relaxed Onix and go from there. Do you have a Tornadus from BW1?
