Hello everyone. It looks like introductory posts are the norm here, and I hope this is appropriate.

My name is Tyra, though I typically go by the handle of flamewarflipsides on the internet. I've been playing Pokmeon slightly more than half my life, and I picked it up not long after launch. You do the math. Now that I'm done with college and working part time, I have a lot of free time and my pokemon habit has gotten a little ridiculous.

Probably the most ridiculous thing about it is N. I'm a huge N fanwoman. I'm a bit too old and creepy about it to feel ok calling myself a fangirl! I mostly just want to talk about N which is a big part of why I came here. I figure, one of the biggest Pokemon communities on the internet is bound to have other N fans I can talk to!

So um, it's nice to meet you all, thanks for reading, and I hope to hear from people.

Thanks for the prompt welcome! I read over the rules but I'm sure I'll be consulting them more or less constantly as I spend time here. That has more to do with my being a bit of a rules lawyer than the rules themselves...

I really hope I can find other N fanatics here. I joined the N fan group but it's a little dead... and I don't want to join the Ferriswheel shipping group because I'm so jealous of White/Touko/Hilda! Nevermind that I kinda am her in a way...

I'm more of a Blue fan myself, but N ranks high on my list too~
I know a few N fanatics myself though.

Well, there's always the social group. Other than that, you can VM a fellow fan.

And Okamidna, thanks for the welcome! Blue is pretty cool too, but I see we share a common fandom of something non=Pokemon. Pretty sure I have different opinions about best pony, though. :) Are you excited for November?
 
Knock Out, you've outed me! I'm a transfan of the pickiest sort. I got offended at Prime and stopped watching. Bad memories from getting burned by Beast Machines when I was a little girl.

It's a good show, it's just not my show.

Thanks Leavanny, G50, Ebail. Sorry if my mention of having read the rules was a little terse! I work in a field where people tend to be a little passive-aggressive and respond to mistakes with listing rules, so I may have gone a little on the defensive there!

And Jokool, what I mean is that having played through Black 1 as Touko/White/Hilda, everything I've ascribed to her as a person is basically an aspect of my own personality. It doesn't hurt that I'm a brunette either, and I used to spend a fair amount of my life wearing baseball caps. More than any other PC in Pokemon, I looked at her and I saw something like myself. How fitting, then, that I would fall head over heels for the closest thing to a love interest she would get...
