Incomplete Evolutionary Families

Have you ever seen an evolutionary family and though it needed another evolution
Like for example, I think manectric needs one more evolution, it doesn't look complete

i really think a lot of pokemon need more forms especially those with one evolution or preevolution.it just seems weird
