this team has 5 pokemon, need help on #6
Just for reference, it is designed for my hyper-offensive playstyle

Metagross @ Occa Berry
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP/236 Atk/12 Def/8 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Bullet Punch
- Meteor Mash
standard meta lead, but no explosion. not much else to say.

Jolteon @ Life Orb
Ability: Volt Absorb
timid nature
EVs: 252 Speed/ 252 SAtk/4 Hp
Thunderbolt
Hidden Power(Ice)
Charge Beam
Baton Pass
An unusual idea, but it works. Charge beam on weaker enemies, and when necessary, baton pass away to a special attacker.

Gyarados @ leftovers
nature: Adamant
EVs: 156 HP / 72 Atk / 96 Def / 184 Spe
Dragon Dance
Taunt
Waterfall
Return
standard bulky gyara and lategame sweeper. Return over Stone edge for neutral coverage.

Flygon @ choice scarf
nature: adamant/naughty(if fire blast over SE)
80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spe
Earthquake
Outrage
U-Turn
Stone Edge
I needed someone to support my ground and electric weaknesses, as well as a revenge killer. Should I run fire blast over stone edge?

Infernape @ life orb
nature: hasty
64 Atk / 252 SpA / 192 Spe
Flamethrower
Nasty Plot
Close Combat
Grass Knot
np mixape, and great wall breaker. Not worried about dragons because of flygon.

UNKNOWN last poke: need an idea, completely stumped. preferably some bulky special attacker to recieve baton passes, but can still survive alone. Unfortunately, the IGPL does not allow legendaries, so... Non legendary ideas?

you missed the ev's on the last two
i'll do a big review once you've done that :)

hmmm. Kingdra maybe ??
kingdra @ haban berry
modest
swift swim, 252SpAtk/252Speed/6hp
Surf
Ice Beam
Dragon Pulse
rain dance

lol you forgot to put up jolteon's nature. Hmm, how about someone who sets up screens? lol I'm only good at rating teams, not at creating them xD

As a Wall I suggest forretress
rapid spin
spikes
earthquake
gyro ball

the point of my team is hyper offensive, but if you can suggest a wall that would have synergy with my team, i'm open to ideas; preferably something that can (at least) do well with a charge beam boost from baton pass

PorygonZ maybe ??
PorygonZ@choice scarf
Modest, 252SpAtk 252SpD 6hp

trick
tri attack
Ice beam
Dark Pulse

Gardevoir@Light Clay, Trace.
252HP//120SpD//136 Spe
-Reflect
-Light Screen
-Healing Wish
-Psychic/Ice Beam

It'll give your team some much needed defence, and can rejuvenate one of your sweepers, after its counter has been revealed/taken out.
Psychic for STAB, Ice Beam for Dragons.

all good :) perhaps take off 4 ev's of hp and wack them on speed, to outspeed other metas, which are very common

Jolteon @ Life Orb
Ability: Volt Absorb
timid nature
EVs: 252 Speed/ 252 SAtk/4 Hp
Thunderbolt
Hidden Power(Ice)
Charge Beam
Baton Pass
hmm...you dont really have anyone to baton too...infenrape maybe, but he has nasty plot anyway, and if someone uses earthquake on the pass, infernape's dead. plus jolteon is SO weak, it wont stay alive long enough for it's spA to be up's by charge beam. i'm maybe change this to a normal special sweeper jolteon, with shadow ball instead of baton pass.

Gyarados @ leftovers
nature: Adamant
EVs: 156 HP / 72 Atk / 96 Def / 184 Spe
Dragon Dance
Taunt
Waterfall
Return

never been a fan of bulky gyrados, thunderpunch/bolt is SO common, as is stone edge, all of which will KO you, dont bother with taunt or return, earthquake and stone edge are better. maybe look at the different sets on smogon maybe the offensive set- 252 att, 252 spe, 4 def, DD, stone edge, water fall, earthquake. you dont need ice fang as you have jolteon's hidden power ice for dragons.

Flygon @ choice scarf
nature: adamant/naughty(if fire blast over SE)
80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spe
Earthquake
Outrage
U-Turn
Stone Edge

hmmm...fire blast or stone edge...i'd use shoddy a bit and find out which you need more, as you have both attacks already and so dont desperatly need either. other than that fine :)

Infernape @ life orb
nature: hasty
64 Atk / 252 SpA / 192 Spe
Flamethrower
Nasty Plot
Close Combat
Grass Knot

yep yep yep all good here :)

UNKNOWN last poke: need an idea, completely stumped. preferably some bulky special attacker to recieve baton passes, but can still survive alone. Unfortunately, the IGPL does not allow legendaries, so... Non legendary ideas?

last pokemon...has to be a wall i'm affraid
my personal favourate

impish
252 HP / 28 Atk / 228 Def
leftovers

pain split
will-o-wisp
fire punch (makes it a good scizor counter)
thunderpunch/ice punch/earthquake

or a bronzong

252 HP / 86 Atk / 80 Def / 92 SpD
sassy
leftovers
gyro ball
hypnosis
earthquake
reflect (you dont need stealth rock, and the extra defence would be welcome

oh and also maybe a tangrowth, but these two work as both defence and spD walls :)

after much consideration on my part, two legendaries could be what i'm looking for:
Offensive Calm Mind Suicune
(calm mind, surf, ice beam, hp electric/grass)
CM Mesprit
(cm, psychic, thunderbolt, ice beam)
any other ideas along these lines?

Jolteon @ Life Orb
Ability: Volt Absorb
timid nature
EVs: 252 Speed/ 252 SAtk/4 Hp
Thunderbolt
Hidden Power(Ice)
Charge Beam
Baton Pass

Since Garchomp is allowed, I would say keep HP Ice. Even then, Garchomp is probably going to be moved to OU in a month or two due to suspect testing.

Gyarados @ leftovers
nature: Adamant
EVs: 156 HP / 72 Atk / 96 Def / 184 Spe
Dragon Dance
Taunt
Waterfall
Return

I still prefer Stone Edge>>Return as Zapdos, enemy Gyarados, etc just wall you. =\ That is why Gyarados uses Stone Edge.

Flygon @ choice scarf
nature: adamant/naughty(if fire blast over SE)
80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spe
Earthquake
Outrage
U-Turn
Stone Edge

Don't use Fire Blast/Fire Punch on Scarf Flygon, it mainly works better on Band. Overall good, consider 76 HP / 252 Atk / 180 Spe to outrun enemy Scarf Flygon.

Infernape @ life orb
nature: hasty
64 Atk / 252 SpA / 192 Spe
Flamethrower
Nasty Plot
Close Combat
Grass Knot

I would change this to some non-set up Infernape set, preferably the physical based mix set. Seeing as you have way too much set up sweepers (or change someone else to a non-set up sweeper, you could change Jolt to Specs).

Something like Scizor that can lure Fire attacks in so Infernape can switch in better. I would be best to have two Pokemon for that job instead of Metagross, and Metagross could accidently lure a Ground attack to kill Infernape. =o

Edit:
last pokemon...has to be a wall i'm affraid
Ever heard of an offensive team that relies on resistances rather than sponging attacks? Offensive teams are actually better than balanced right now imo. ;D

i know offensive teams work, somtimes, but after a speed boost or a few dragon dances, this team could get wiped without the help of a wall :/

lol okay okay but just from my experiences, really offensive teams arnt great in the ipgl

take DCM's yanmega for example, he could do so much damage to this team, especially with speed boost.

That yanmega is so annoying its incredible. Everybody has problems beating DCM though :p

lol i know :|

im just saying that like, a well placed bronzong, with gyro ball, could save your ass agasint it

or many of the other gym's pokemon :)

ah ha we're not arguing, just trying to find the best 6th pokemon for you ah a :)

but it's personal choice really :)
