This deck uses Infernape 四 LV.X with both forms of Energy recovery (Heatran LV.X and RayStark). The reason I'm using both is so that I can have a better chance of getting to use one of them. For example, if I start with a Switch in my hand, it's safe to use Heatran LV.X, but if not, RayStark is preferable. Unown G is to protect against Machamp, Raichu GL is to counter {W} types (it OHKOs Palkia G with Repeat Lightning after a single Thunder Throw), and Ditto is to counter Flygon.

1. The deck needs Luxury Ball, 4x Bebe's Search, and 4x SP Radar. Very important, since the deck only has one drawing support Pokémon.

2. Why no Claydol? Do you not have any? :p

3. Raichu GL isn't helpful enough to be worth using. Try adding more searching/drawing trainers in its place, such as Dusk Ball.

4. I would say that the StarkRay support you have in here is unnecessary when you have Heatran. It would be better to use one or the other, and instead add in more speed trainers in its place.

Overall, I'd say the main issue with the deck is that it lacks sufficient speed. No Claydol and only one Uxie means there need to be lots and lots of trainers that can be dropped at any time to gain cards in hand or search out a Pokémon. Here are some ideas:
• PokéDrawer+
• Pokédex Handy910is
• Dusk Ball
• Poké Radar
Just my 2¢.
