Hallo! Hola! Aloha! Nihao! Konnichiwa! Hello!

Well that's enough of that. I'm a longtime fan of Pokemon and have been a longtime lurker here. Today I finally decided to make an account. My username was based on a picture I found via Google one day a while back. I love "The Lion King" and I love Pokemon, so I figured "why not?"

I got into Pokemon when I was six. I'm still a fan of the anime, though I took a break during DP. I have a few volumes of Pokemon manga, but never really got into them. I love the main series of the games (my first one was Silver), but not really the spin-offs (Ranger, Dash, etc., with the exception of the Colosseum games.)

Beware: I go on TV Tropes quite a bit and may use random phrases from there. You've been warned.

(Also, not sure if this is allowed, but does anyone know of any good programs to make avatars with?)
 
Well, any Troper is a friend of mine (except for the creepy ones, I hope you're not).

And I'd recommend GIMP for making avatars.

@Axle Helios I'd say I'm not one of the creepy tropers, but that would have some personal bias to it. And the GIMP link you provided does not work for me (It might just be my connection though)

It's working for me, so it must just be a problem for you (or your area). Here it is on download.com. I used GIMP to make my avatar from scratch, by the way.
