At the Inter-League Federation, we have decided we wanted Bulbagarden's league to join in. Read below for more information.

The Inter-League Conference

The Inter-League Conference is a bimonthly tournament between Pokemon Wi-Fi leagues. The purpose of such a union is to offer a standard ground where leagues can demonstrate their members' talent.

Bimonthly Tournaments take place in January, March, May, July, September, and November of every year.

How it Works

· Each league forms a participation team of 13 members.
· Each league numbers their members from 1 to 13.
· From a hat, the league names are chosen to decide which league will verse which first.
· The leagues go one by one against one another, matching up their players as 1st v.s. 1st, 2nd v.s. 2nd , ….., 13th v.s. 13th.
· So it will be announced at the conference website which member match-up is to battle. For example “within 24 hours, 2nd Member from Pokemon Arena must face 2nd Member from Pokemon Highway.” There will be various match-ups every day of the tournament
· At the end, when all 13 members have gone, the league with the most round victories wins that round and advances against another victorious league.

Invitations are now being sent out, and we would be happy if you considered joining in on the action!

Do you mean we'll represent our forums, or the leauge within the fourm? I'd like it to be the forums.

When you compete in the Inter-League, you are competing with your league, but you are obviously also representing the forums as a whole, too.

Ill join ovcourse =D

I have beaten tough people like angerman, Mukubird and others on the forums. I think I should be one of the remaining 5 to be in the league (The 8 gym leaders should be in it automaticly).

Uhh...the Inter-League is a federation in which we join all our leagues to compete in a tournament to see who has the best league...

Dang...a lot of Pokémon fans have a major misconception of the word "league".

Anyway, the idea of joining them all together to create a Gym Challenge is good...maybe I can fuse it with an idea I had for my own league, Arena.

I know that. The bulbagarden league has 8 people. The contest requires 13 poeple in a league. All im saying is we should have the current league and add 5 more people.

Also, from a hat? Wouldnt a random number generator be more efficiant?

This isn't just for the Gym Leaders, for anyone who was confused.

The Inter-League is currently run and hosted by Pokémon Arena, although it may move elsewhere in the future.

Oh, and a number generator would work better, but WHO DOESN'T LIKE PICKING NAMES OUT OF HATS? Seriously, you tell em one person you know who doesn't DREAM of picking names our of a hat!

The eight League members don't "have" to join, right? Given the crappy Wi-Fi I have and all my school work, I might not be able to participate unless I get a better router.

Still, it'll be pretty neat to battle alongside some of BMG's best, so don't count me out completely.

No, all you have to do is find the thirteen battlers that best suit your needs.

Ok first we should decide, on possibly a seperate thread, who is interested. Then ovcourse, we pick the best 13. I also think the best 13 should be loyal bulbagardeners. If some new guy sudenly joins the forums and is realy good at battling, should he reprecent bulbagarden?
I was saying before, the gym leaders have lready established themselves as good battlers so most of them should get to be in the league.

But the Gym Leaders all specialize in one type each, though...unless they have teams of regular Pokémon?

Okay...

I think we can just use this thread.

My suggestion is that you start a tournament to see who the best thirteen battlers on Bulbagarden are...

Please take the age of this thread into consideration in writing your reply. Depending on what exactly you wanted to say, you may want to consider if it would be better to post a new thread instead.
