Internal Battery Running dry in pokemon Sapphire...

My sapphire game says that the internal batter ran dry and that time-based events will no longer work? Are they talking about migrating to my Diamond game or what??? I couldn't find any info when googling it so.... Any help?

No, it means you can't grow berries and evolve eevee into Espeon or Umbreon. Also a few other even more minor things like the space shuttle won't take off anymore in Mossdeep.
