Mine:

General:
~OTness. Especially if it takes up several pages and you have to search for what you clicked on the topic for.
~Asking an easily-answered question and being completely ignored.
~Being treated like an idiot.
~00ber-defensive fanbrats.
~Perpetrating of annoying false rumors.
~Elitists.
~Character bashing.
~Pointless flamewars. Especially when they take over a certain topic. You know, when it's gotten to the point that at soon as keyword x is mentioned, the thread it's mentioned in just becomes a ticking time bomb.
~In political debates, people who ignore the good points that posters on the other side make and just attack the weaker posters. Not like you'd expect anything different, but still...
~1337.
~When mods and admins abuse their power. Doesn't happen very often in the places I visit, but it still happens.
~Not really something that annoys me as much as it saddens me, but when people unjustifiably gang up on one person.
~When people bash a character based on their own assumptions, which have no solid proof behind them.
~Bashing so-called "emokids." It's like you can't say anything negative at all without being attacked from all sides.
~Militant people who are supposedly on my side. They make my side look bad.
~Not people-related, but when not even Google can find something.

Fandom Specific:
~In the pokemon fandom, people who bash the anime because it doesn't follow the game's plot and rules exactly. I mean the anime has many flaws, but this is not one of them IMO. What game-based anime is exactly like its game counterpart?
~When I go to the Linkin Park messageboards and see nothing but LP-bashing.

Things I don't find annoying:
~SPAM. I find it amusing. Unless it takes up several pages.
~n00bish trolling. See above. Intelligent trolling pisses me off, though.

Ditto. Especially when the OTness amounts to nothing more than a chat between two or three people just because they happen to be the only ones online and posting at a certain time.

Also:

- Seeing an intelligent post ignored / a person being incorrectly called a "n00b" just because their post count/rank isn't incredibly high. Just because someone is new to a forum doesn't mean they are stupid. Post count and rank do not equal intelligence.
- Chat speak
- People who join a forum and then quickly post in every thread they possibly can - no matter how old, and usually with a post of something like "Yes" or "I agree" - just to raise their post count.

postcount++

also you're all idiots and I can't believe you think that, I have a Mew from Japanese Red which makes me the best (far better than Ash who sucks), thus 1 4/\/\ j35u5 4nd y0u 5h0u1d \/\/0r5h1p /\/\3!!!11 (or i'll ban you all okay) further it seems that you like complaining and i think you should stop that (damn emokid) (though i like emokids, usually) also the anime sucks because Ash AIMED FOR THE HORN AND FINISHED IT OFF WITH FALSE SWIPE OMFG!!!!!!!!!!! at least they didn't play any shitty Linkin Park.

(how many points do I get for this, guys?)

General:
~OTness. I hate it when someone asks the same question I had in mind to as and there are 56000 replies and they are all talking about how cool X is...
~Asking a question and having 56000 replies that say "I don't know"
~Elitists
~People who try to force certain anime on me (No I DON'T think Love Hina is cool! I don't like ecchi harem anime!)
~Topic threads in which the general guidance is ignored that fall into flame wars (and usually OTness)
~Chat speak! (I like mature intellegent people, not people that look like they fell off an AOL chatboard)
~People who don't use google beore asking and easily googled searched answered question
~People who call their avatars/characters, toons. (It's a game...not a cartoon)
~Parents who can't control their children then blame it on videogames
~Sigs that are way HUGE!
~People who say "Visit My LJ" and then its "Friends Only" with that 1 post visable
~People who advertise their forum/webpage/group in ANOTHER'S Forum/webpage/group

Fandom Specific:
~People who have sigs that are meant to rub something in your face. (I've seen SOVA and SONVA sigs that do this)
~God Mods! (This can be general, but there seems to be a lot here in the pokemon fandom)

General:

* Ignorance on the internets (can take many forms)
* Overabuse of fads
* Apathetic, depressed teenagers (real "emokids")
* Overuse of sarcasm (lowest form of wit etc)
* Unintelligent trolling
* Closemindedness
* Pedanticism

Chats:

* Attention whoring
* Grammar whoring
* Whoring
* Unfunny people who try to be funny

Forums:

* +1 threads in disguise
* Entering a debate you know little or nothing about
* Not knowing when to back down
* Digressing on tangents when you are proved wrong

I hate it when people don't use punctuation. They put whole paragraphs together whose only caps and punctuation are what they're yelling and the four+ exclamation points at the very end. Spelling and grammar get to me, too. Strangely enough, I like 1337--as long as there's not too much of it to read. It's cute.

Others:
-Walls of text.
-OTness.
-People who don't use Google before asking an easily Google-answered question.
-When not even Google can find something.
-When Google won't let me get to, let alone past, page 50 when I'm looking at David Spade pictures.
-Ridiculously large sigs.
-During a debate, people attacking others, especially when they gang up on someone and (usually) call them stupid until the person goes away.
-During a debate, people making claims and not even trying to back then up.
-The fact that my usertitle won't allow more than three Japanese characters. (I tried a few different things, and most recently, anything after the な in 華奢な心臓 either turns into an ampersand or disappears completely.)
-People who bash the Pokémon anime because it doesn't follow the game's plot and rules exactly... sometimes. I agree with them a lot, but when they get militant about it....
-Flamewars.
-Sites with music playing on them when I didn't expect it.
