Okay, so I'm putting music I've downloaded from a website onto my iPod (in case you're wondering, it's Volume 1 of The Silver Lining Soundtrack) and everything is going well: I click on the song I want to play from Windows Explorer, it plays on iTunes, I connect my iPod to iTunes and it copies/syncs that song onto my iPod.

Now, something weird is going on. I put "Something Wicked This Way Comes" (the opening score. track 1) on my iPod, and unlike before, this track in particular is placed on the very bottom of the album, but it SHOULD be at the top! Did I pres the wrong button or something? This didn't happen before with the other tracks, it just listed them in the order that the actual album lists them.

iTunes usually puts them by title name or whatever Its in the meta-data. Since Its in a Album, did you check the track numbers?
Why not make a Playlist? Easier to manage your Library.

Yes. I checked the actual Album list, and it's listed at the top as track 1. I downloaded some others and they all go in order, it's just this ONE track that is off. I can't Get Info and change it, because it's "greyed out" and won't let me click on anything.

Is there anyway to remove that particular song from my iPod? Do I just click delete on the song in the Album list in my library while my iPod is connected? Also, how do you combine certain songs with a certain Album? There are two scores not done by the normal composer- Austin Haynes, but actually by someone else on the music team- Nicholas Boland, and when I added them to my iPod, they came up as their own seperate Album. That's only happened once before, with an Album I got from iTunes, which synced itself together somehow anyway. Also wanting to fix this before I add the song "The Day You Were Gone" by Amy Kurylo to my iPod, because it will inevitably add its own Album if the other composer got one.

I don't know how to work a playlist, and besides, it won't be added to my Abums which is where I like to play my songs.
