Says it all especially when it's none of our constitutional business to be meddling around in other countries just for the notion of nationbuilding!

Things sure as hell aren't any better there than when Saddam was in power! From oppressive micromanagement control of people's lives, then to bombing their homes and businesses every day... what next?

-Three-fourths say they think the United States plans to keep military bases in Iraq permanently.
So much for withdrawing...even after WMD Bush gets out of office!

I personally believe it's not America's business what going on in other countries. Unless it threatens us or our allies, let them work it out. We aren't the world's police. Why do you think they created the UN?

We are the world's police. The world needs us to spread our magical freedom beams throughout the world, making the world more American - because we have the world's ideal political, social, and economic structure! Jesus said so!

oh crap

Spoken exactly like a true Theo-Con Republican. Where in the Constitution does it require that the armed forces be used to overthrow dictatorships overseas when they aren't even a threat to us?

Zeta was being sarcastic.

Magical freedom beams ftw.

You know, there was a time America was seen as an impartial party for negotiations.
