IRC Chat Won't Work

I'm having problems again for some reason that the IRC Chat won't work. Every time I try to connect to Systemnet and this has happened constantly, I couldn't do anything. Now my computer is totally broken, the one with the mIRC and I signed up with an account to get on the Java Chat so I can private message a few people and it's not working. What should I do? I heard that the Systemnet Forums won't also work for me so this is the place I have come for a resolution no matter who had used this network earlier with some ISP range or it's just my computer or internet browser, I assume.

Here's all the stuff it says and the error message I receive when I get to the chat. I haven't been on here since 2008 as far as I can remember and that was a year ago.

I'm not actually on the IRC Chat I mean in which this case, I can't be online and I don't know what even caused this matter in the first place.

Ok thanks. While I realized you were an Admin on here, I didn't realize you were also a server Admin since someone told me you became one at some point.

Edit: I still can't get on the server thanks to that.

Something to do with a shun, perhaps? I haven't done enough research to know what causes shuns although I cannot talk to anyone or see who's online.
