Iris' Excadrill vs. Ash's Sceptile

When it comes to movesets, I'd have to say Sceptile.

With two Ground type moves, a low power Steel type move, and a special move, I can see Excadrill struggling.

Sceptile's Grass type moves and speed would help, but I can't see it winning easily like Snivy did with Clay's Palpitoad.

Due to its ristence to drill run Sceptile has the advantage while Excadrill ground and steel types make grass moves neutral. Sure it has resistence to quick attack but we don't know if even still has not to mention. Sceptile is well trained while Excadrill has been sleeping in it's ball for 5 years. Excadrill doesn't stand a chance

Sceptile, since it has such a large advantage by type, and probably speed as well

I really think Excadrill is overpowered and too slow to have a chance to attack
Unless Ash give a wrong order (Which happens sometimes) Sceptile gets a victory
