Hi everyone, Now I have my Nintendo DS Lite. Which is a huge upgrade from my Gameboy Color. I keep hearing Animal Crossings for the ds is a game for ur ds collection. I thought the animal crossings on the gamecube was horrible. Anyway, how is the wifi with it?

You probably won't like it because it is like a minor update to the GCN one minus the NES minigames. If you didn't like the first you probably won't like this one.

The Wii version may be a significant and better update, one you might even like, but not the DS one (even with its online, its more like an advanced chat device)

Thanxs.Do you recommend any other games ? I haveTrace Memory and New Super Mario 4 da DS. Im playing emerald. ITs a amazing compare to the gold version.

New Super Mario Bros is good if you like the old-school Mario platformers.

If you want to test out the stylus, try Kirby: Canvas Curse. Avoid Yoshi Touch & Go at all cost, it's similar but basicly too repetitive and short.

If you hated Animal Crossing, you'll probably not like Nintendogs. >>

For a Pokemon fix, Pokemon Trozei is awesome. I've heard Pokemon Dash was horrible, so don't get that.

im getting my DS soon, my want to get list in order of my want to get it :p

-Harvest Moon DS
-Lost In Blue
-Animal Crossing DS

so yeah....of course no pokemon games are listed cause there are no DS pokemon games as of yet :p

What about Dash and Trozei/Link?

I wouldn't recommend them, though. Dash only gets away with its existance by being a launch game in most places and Trozei/Link just doesn't have the pace or length of Tetris. The rounds are either too short or go on for far too long.

Some of the future Pokémon games may be worth looking at, though.

As for what I would recommend, Super Mario 64 DS is worth a look, as is Wario Ware Touched. I also enjoyed Another Code, though it's short and not for everyone.

I'm currently playing Mario & Luigi Partners in Time and am loving every second of it. It's a hilarious RPG featuring the Mario Brothers collecting (what else?) star shards. They're joined by their baby alter egos and can pull off all kinds of combo moves.

Another great game is Viewtiful Joe Double Trouble. The game was released on the same day as Mario Kart DS (another amazing pick) and therefore got overshadowed, but it's such an awesome game that it deserves to be played by every DS owner. The graphics are only slightly downgraded from the GameCube games and the way Capcom incorporates the touch screen is really quite creative.

Thanks Dogasu, i just won Viewtiful Joe on ebay. Cant wait to play it!

i was thinking about getting another code, but i knew that it was short, so i might just wait for a Rom for it for a DS emulator.....
