Is anyone in B2/W2 able to RNG?

I would like a Zapdos to use in my Gen VI game. But with no move tutors a Zapdos caught in the current Gen doesn't afford me any utility.

Is anyone around that is capable of RNG'ing in Black 2/ White 2 that I might could make a request on building a Zapdos and getting some moves tutored onto it?
