Is Dejatoons not working for anyone else?

Have a pretty strange problem that started while I was logged on and hasn't started working since. Whenever I get logged on (which happens very quickly), my self lag spikes to enormous levels and I can't actually do anything on the network (identify, join channels, etc.). Is anyone else having this problem, or is it just me?
 
Here, dude. Try this:
type /server 209.133.9.43
or /server starhunter.dejatoons.net
 
None of that works. I still get enormous self-lag (so much that after I log on, I can't input a command to the server at all). What the hell is going on here?
