Is Giratina and the sky warrior going to have a mini-movie?

It doesn't.

It would be nice, however, if they included Pikachu's Ice Adventure, 2008's ANA Pikachu short, alongside the DVD. But they won't. Which makes me sad. :(
 
What in the world makes you think that it would have one? The mini-movies died out five years ago.
 
It's a shame; releasing the Island Adventure short with movie 9 was pretty cool, even if it wasn't that great of a short. But since there was no such thing for the Exploration short with the Darkrai movie, it's not likely this time will be any different...
 
The Pikachu shorts stopped being dubbed a few years ago, and they aren't even released in conjunction with the feature films anymore anyway. Personally, I don't mind - "The Dancing Pokémon Secret Base" was a great note to end the theatrical shorts on.
