I mean, in this one scene, May and Drew are talking, when he pops out of nowhere and blows a kiss to Drew, he walks while shaking his hips, and he crossdressed this one time.
 
It's a well known fact that Harley is flaming. It's why he's an awesome character.

I'm pretty sure nearly all fandom thinks he's gay (that's why on bulbapedia he has more gay the regular ships)
