Is it possible to delete a group?

A long time ago I made a group on here, it was based on something from another website that a lot of people enjoyed, but I didn't find a way to do it on here, is there a way I can delete a group?

Yep. There should be a delete group link at the bottom of the group's main page. In between the edit and pending links.
