Yes it is. On the bottom of a post you've made, you should see something that says "Edit Post" just click that and it will let you edit your posts. There's also an option there to delete a post if you wish.

To delete your post, just click the "edit" button besides it (as Shiny Celebi said) and from there hit "delete".
