So after seeing Scraggy battling today and actually winning is it safe to assume that Axew can do the same? Due to the fact he's older and all I actually wanted to see him in the Donamite oh well.

Axew's Dragon Rage is pretty powerful. And he did take out Luke's Golett with Outrage. Granted, it was more of a fight or flight situation. But I'd say he's ready for battle, even if he suffers from minor immaturity.

Of course Axew can battle, it's main moves are working like a charm. Dragon Rage is a nicely powered long range move. Scratch is decent enough as well. Axew's gotten to a point where he can take punishment and fight nicely. Defiantly not the same Pokemon that got beaten by a 10% power Bullet Seed. Also has some nice acrobatic and dodging skills according to his respective episodes. And has Outrage as a risky move to use, in the same vain as Pikachu's Volt Tackle.

It was used in the tournament it is battle ready much to my dismay. Better question is Scaggy battle ready?

After beating Gobbit in the Don Tournament I think he can definitely battle now at a decent competency. IIRC Gobbit was never said to be inexperienced/a baby and its Shadow Ball matching Dragon Rage's power shows that Kibago can hold his own in my opinion.

Yes, he has been helping the group figth stuff off for a while now, to me it was apparent that he could battle already but if anything this confirms it yeah.
