Is May Replaced on the R/S Remakes?

As of these last four remakes:
FR/LG and HG/SS
As you notice they always replacing the girl one, Kotone replaced Kris(even if the first remakes there wasn't a girl)
I am asking you guys if the Remakes would come (R/S), would you want May Replaced as a Player Character? or Brendan being kicked out from the remake or would you want the two stay?

I'd prefer a Hoenn sequel rather than a remake. So yes, new characters.

Lately the NPC have been talking a lot more than in older generations, and I don't imagine this:

as a cheerful character like Kotone, Gold, Lucas and Barry.

Yes, we do. It's just listed as the Black and White section for some inexplicable reason.

If they make remakes, I doubt they'll replace either. In HG/SS Lyra didn't replace Kris, because Kris was only in Crystal. If they were to remake crystal, kris would probably be the female character instead of Lyra. But that's just the way I look at it.

thats for the discussion of generation V. RSE is not a definite for any generation. therefore, not gen V in my book. (yet)
