Who Replied?No, Diamond and Pearl Pokemon Special scans do not exist anywhere.
I'm sure this has been brought up before, but WHY?! It would seem that SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE would scan it, or at least scan it occasionally.
I'd scan it myself but I can't seem to find what magazine it's in. But that bring up another question I had.
What's the delay in the collected tankubons? It's a weekly series right? The tankubons have somewhere around 10 or so chapters each in them, and that should mean they could publish 4-5 volumes a year. ... But they don't, They publish 2 that's kinda "WTF" to me. Does anyone know what the delay is? Or am I just off completely?
Correct me if I'm wrong here, but, I mean, It's been going (it being special DP) since fall 2006 right? Yet 2 years later, There are NO, 0 zip, zilch, DP volumes.
So, again, What's the hold up?

i dot know if its scanned and translated but i need the scans translated or not.But i need the one with lady berlitz.diamond and pearl..Not the manga with hareta,Jun,And Mitsumi..THANKS A LOT!.!
Well, Ketsuban and Sketch already answered your question but I wanted to tell you one more thing.
Don't expect Diamond and Pearl Saga scans too quickly. This Saga hasn't been released in the Tankobon yet, so it's practically impossible to get. The scans will probably be available when it gets released in a Tankobon, yet there's no guarantee. Not everyone is so prone to scan his manga, so finding a person who wants to do that will also take some time. Wait around half a year and you'll certainly see some full DP chapters flowing around here.
Well, there's also an optimistic variant that first two or three chapters of DP will be included in Volume 29 which gets released on 27th October. I just hope that someone prone to scan the volume appears around here, buys the volume and scans it. But it may not happen. It's an optimist variant which I don't really believe in.

However my question was more, "Why is it so slow to be published?" That wasn't answered. I know it's slow, and it's not in tankubon's I get that. But WHY? Why is it slow slow to be published?
Well I'll try to get my hands on volume 29 and if there's any DP I'll scan it. Can't scans late though, but at least the pictures can be seen.
EDIT: Let me rephrase my question. Why was Emerald delayed, and in what magazine is Special published?
