I know Fushigidane (Bulbasaur) means "mysterious seed", and I'm guessing Miniryu and Kairyu (Dratini and Dragonite) mean "little dragon" and "big dragon", but I'm curious about others.

Not sure about that, but I think all of Bulbapedia's Pokémon articles explain the names somehow. Would be interesting to know all of them, although some names are combinations of two (or more) different words, and they might sometimes be hard to translate.

I think I saw a list from Seribii Fourms that translates names of Pokemon, don't know if it would be helpful though.
