Is this a good competitive team?

Garchomp (jolly)
Jolteon (timid) - or should i go crobat?
Metagross (which nature would be best??)
Snorlax (adamant)
Gengar (timid)

Is there a better choice for any of these and overall is the team balanced enough for competitive?
