Is this a good doubles strat?

I've only thought of the first two of six so far, but so far it sounds really good

Vaporeon @ Water Absorb, Leftovers
Wish
Protect
Helping Hand
Rain Dance

Empoleon @ Torrent, Life Orb
Surf
Ice Beam
Grass Knot
Agility

Basically, first turn I'll rain dance and agility. Second turn, I helping hand > surf which does massive damage combined with Life Orb (+max EV'd SP Atk) to the opposing team and heals Vapoeron.

What are your opinions, and who else should go on this team? Thanks

Nice idea.
But I would use a hydreigon for surf. this is because having 2 pokemon with the same type out at once can be very risky when you are against someone who uses just brute force. Thunder is a very common move and not only is it supereffective on both of your pokemon, but your rain dance gives it perfect accuracy as well. Also a hydreigon's Sp attack is generally stronger than an empolion's. Another pokemon that can take advantage of the rain, like toxicroak with dry skin, can improve your team a lot.
