I made this team like a month ago, just putting random Pokemon together to take out some Pokemon I've been seeing the most and have been sweeping me. So I started looking at the Pokemon I've used before that I know what they can do in which situation and came up with a team. I never expected this team to be any good, maybe get a few victories here and there, but somehow this team isn't as bad as I thought. Some matches I can go 4-0, but is it just luck?

Onto the team:

Lead:

KissMyD*** the Togekiss@Lefties
Modest
Serene Grace
HP 160/ DEF 252/ SPATK 96
~Air Slash
~Encore
~Fire Blast
~Thunder Wave

Pretty much a lead set Smogon suggests. I like using a lot of Pokemon's other sets that I don't see often to see why this set made it on Smogon and this set works very well. Togekiss is bulky enough to survive a hit, T-Wave, Encore, and then Air Slash or Fire Blast the opposing Pokemon down. If I get lucky I can go 6-0 to even putting a big dent in like half a team.

Steel Killer

FridgeMagnet the Magnezone@Choice Scarf
Timid
Magnet Pull
HP 4/ 252 SPE/ 252 SPATK
~Explosion
~Flash Cannon
~HP-Fire
~Thunderbolt

Steel type Pokemon are used a lot in OU and you can't blame people for using them..but I end up getting swept by a lot of 'em. So I went out and found a solution, Magnezone. This Pokemon's main purpose is to tear down Steel Types, Ice Types, Rock types and Water types. I use him mostly when I see a Scizor or Metagross come in. Now he is pretty damn fragile so if I don't end up killing a Metagross or a T-Tar this Pokemon will go down.

Burn Shifter
380.png

UbersIsMyHome the Latias@Flame Orb
Modest
Levitate
HP 38/ SPE 220/ SPATK 252
~Draco Meteor
~Psycho Shift
~Recover
~Thunderbolt

Since I saw a lot of people whore this bitch when it SOMEHOW made a jump from Uber to OU, I decided to use it as well...just abusing the privilege. But the other sets were very predictable and were failing me I decided to create my own set...sort of. I've seen this set used before but the moves and EV's weren't the same..I just copied the strategy. I pretty much send this in on a Physical sweeper, Psycho Shift the burn onto it, and use Special Attacks to KO it. Recover is there to brush off the damage and the Burn. The only problem here is I needed 2 filler moves. I picked Draco Meteor because I CAN'T pick a Physical Move, and Draco Meteor has the most power and STAB...so that left me with one last filler move. After some thinking I went with T-Bolt because if Magnezone dies this is my fastest Pokemon to sweep Kingdra, Mence or Gayrados. I might switch DM with Dragon Pulse because I end up using T-Bolt the most because of the DM SPATK drops.

MOAR CHOICE SCARF
485.png

FlamingTranny the Heatran@Choice Scarf
Naive
Flash Fire
~Earth Power
~Explosion
~Fire Blast
~HP-Ice

I love fast Pokemon..what can I say..and most OU Pokemon rely on there speed. So this is kind of like a Magnezone but just a faster Fire version. There really isn't much strategy involved here...just come in on a fire move, absorb it, try to kill anything that comes in. HP Ice is for the annoying Grass, Flying and Dragon Pokemon and Explosion is a last choice move where I just get pissed off and try to take down the other Pokemon.

Annoying Assho- I mean Physical Sweeper
286.png

BagOfShrooms the Breloom@Toxic Orb
Adamant
Poison Heal
HP 48/ ATK 252/ SPE 208
~Mach Punch
~Seed Bomb
~Spore
~Swords Dance

I used the goddamn Sub+Punch, Sub+Seed Loom and it's just a pain in the ass subbing down and ect, plus getting Taunted and having Focus Punch as you're best move blows. So I went out and get a SD Loom. At first I thought it was going to be big risk and I might be wasting a Pokemon just trying to set this thing up. Well to my surprise this annoying S.O.B. works wonders. 228 Speed isn't really something to fap about, but if I pull of a Spore and get at least 2 to 3 SD's up..my opponent is pretty much screwed. I probably end up whoring the Mach Punch the most when this thing is ready to sweep, and if I know Mach Punch wont do it's job, I always have another STAB move left, Seed Bomb. The only thing that sucks is he isn't the bulkiest thing around and has to rely on Spore to set up.

One lonely wall..and spinner :(
73.png

You the Tentacruel@Black Sludge
Calm
Liquid Ooze
HP 252/ DEF 120/ SPDEF 136
~HP-Electric
~Rapid Spin
~Surf
~Toxic Spikes

When making this team I knew I needed a spinner that was bulky and maybe get some entry hazard that will last. So this thing's main purpose is to just spin away Rocks/Spikes and then give my opponent 2 layers of toxic spikes in return. I use Surf as STAB to make Donphan or Dugtrio gtfo..but it doesn't work that well. HP-Electric is there to remove annoying ass Vaporeon and Gayrado's out of the game and make them stop setting up. This things only drawback is it's defense, which if it was higher would make this a very good wall. Also Liquid Ooze is there for annoying little shit's like Celebi that love Leech Seeding things.

Well there you have it folks. Very random team indeed, but at least I try using a strategy..of some sort. Biggest flaws of this team are that is has too many electric moves and a few walls which I try to cover up by having really fast sweepers. This team has somewhat decent type coverage but could use a lot of help. I don't plan out on switching Magnezone, Loom, Togekiss and Lataia's sets so don't bother. Tentacrule does a good job and Heatran...I feel could be replaced by maybe another wall or something...like a Bliss?? Idk I'll leave it up to you. This team wasn't build to succeed well but somehow it did. Some days I have it rough where none of my teams can win a game and some days I have where this team can win me 20 matches in a row. So yeah...RMT.

Well first and foremost I love the names that you give them, but half of your team has a weakness to ice and the other half has a weakness to ground.

Since you said that you don't plan on changing most of their sets, I'll skip straight to you ditching Heatran and going with Blissey... or possibly Skarmory?

For Skarmory you'd probably want to go with the standard spiker.

For Blissey, I would suggest WishBliss or Cleric. Both have their advanteges.

Since Tentacruel is already acting as the (primarily)special wall, Skarmory might actually be the better choice. But Skarmory can't provide the support that Blissey can. So it's up to you...

I was thinking about Skarm, I use him on my other team and it's a very good Spiker/pHazer. But since Ground and Ice are a big problem, would Swampert be a good addition to here? He can set up SR which hit's everything unlike Spikes and Toxic Spikes, and he can Roar which is also pHazing, and the only thing he can't do is Rapid Spin.

However, it depends on what you're planning to pull out for skarm. Making the wrong choice could result in a fire-weakness issue (or planned advantage if you plan to take advantage of Heatran of course, though a strategy like that is fallible should Heatran die.).

For example, (sans Togekiss) your team could have Mixmence/DDMence issues.

Anywho, you've gotta love when you just throw something together and it happens to work out fantastically. I get that from time to time, but inevitably I start messing with my team build, haha.

Swamp might be a good alternative, I hadn't considered it. Not to mention that Ice Beam could help eliminate your Ground weakness.

Swamp could also handle the aforementioned MixMence/DDMence threat.

Seems good. It's only weakness is grass (which could be easily handled by the other Pokes).

Waterfall is interchangeable with Roar, so that's up to you.
