It's the first music that plays when Magmar is shown. I thought it would be Japanese BGM since it seems to be based off of the final Gary battle in Red, Blue, and Yellow versions-and the Japanese BGM is often based off of the games- but I couldn't find it on any CD.
 
I think it's possible that this was a season one song that wasn't released on Pokemon Sound Anime Collection.

Pokemon Sound Anime Collection has a lot of songs from the first season, but that song isn't on there....
