GEN VI: Israeli players who can use Poke Bank

Hey, I live in Israel and I have a European console with a European Pokemon X game. I want to use Poke Trasnporter but my credit card can't pay in GBPs. I need some one who live in Israel (and I know there are some of you out there) who'll use my White and White 2 games with their Poke Transporter and trade all the Transported Pokemon back to me.
