It is Disability Pride month!

I keep forgetting it's this month! I'm still new to... well, knowing that I am disabled, so it hasn't stuck in my mind yet.

I don't know if I "celebrate", per se, because I don't think that there's much I can do to do that. But it definitely speaks to me more than regular Pride at this point, so I'm happy it exists. Maybe I'll write some fics including disabilities this month, we'll see!
 
To be honest, I was not aware this was even a thing until you mentioned it. Now that I know, it definitely speaks to me more than regular Pride as well. I'm so glad that mental disabilities are being properly represented as well. I knew that was a thing, but to see it laid out like this is wonderful!
