I'm not sure what items to use with my Pokemon (most of these are temporary). Also, if you notice anything wrong with my team, please let me know - although I really don't want to switch any of the Pokemon that I have. Thanks! I should also mention that they all have perfect IVs.

Houndoom
Mild / Early Bird
EVs: 120 Sp. Attack / 136 Sp. Defense / 252 Speed
Houndoomite
Nasty Plot / Flamethrower / Shadow Ball / Sludge Bomb
Note: I'm thinking about redoing his EVs and putting half of the Sp. Defense into his physical Defense.

Mienshao
Jolly / Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Attack / 252 Speed
Black Belt
Bulk Up / Stone Edge / Aura Sphere / U-Turn
Note: I'm not sure if Power Up Punch would be better than Bulk Up. Thoughts?

Gothitelle
Timid / Competitive
EVs: 120 Defense / 136 Sp. Defense / 252 Speed
Leftovers
Protect / Heal Pulse / Psyshock / Energy Ball
Note: She's for healing support as I usually play Double or Triple Battles.

Manectric
Timid / Static
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Sp. Attack / 252 Speed
Manectite
Protect / Thunderbolt / Flamethrower / Volt Switch

Arbok
Adamant / Intimidate
EVs: 212 HP / 252 Attack / 44 Speed
Black Sludge
Coil / Dragon Tail / Gunk Shot / Earthquake

Mismagius
Timid / Levitate
EVs: 4 Defense / 252 Sp. Attack / 252 Speed
Rocky Helmet
Pain Split / Shadow Ball / Psychic / Dazzling Gleam

Not much to say about the Pokemon besides Meinshao because I don't use any of them because they tend to be garbage. But you are absolutely running the wrong Meinshao set. Needs to be the following

Meinshao @ Life Orb
Regenerator
Jolly / Adamant
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Drain Punch
Fake Out
Stone Edge
U-Turn

If you're gonna be running a Mild Houndoom, you should take advantage of Pursuit at the very least (though Timid/Hasty is generally preferred to allow it to sweep better with Nasty Plot). And I'd just max out on his SpA and Speed, there isn't really any reason to invest in SpD.

To be honest a lot of your Pokes could have better abilities. Flash Fire > Early Bird, Regenerator > Inner Focus, Shadow Tag > Competitive, Lightning Rod > Static. I know you mentioned that you didn't want to switch your Pokes, but your team would have a lot more synergy if you had those abilities. And keep in mind you can't mega evolve two Pokes, so I'd recommend replacing Houndoomite with something else, like LO or something.

I'd actually rec keeping MDoom and dropping Manectric altogether so this can be a UU team.

Thanks you guys!
@TerraTF I'll definitely try out the moveset.
@TheRealJDawgz I'll definitely look into fixing Houndoom up. I thought that some of those abilities might need to be switched, so thanks for pointing out which ones.
@-Glory Blaze- I decided to keep the Mega Houndoomite :)

I'm curious, are there any Pokemon on the team that you really think should be switched out?

There are better sweepers than Arbok to be honest, I'd recommend Toxicroak as it has better typing, stats, and it is able to sustain itself over time.

Toxicroak is an option to replace Arbok as JDawgz said, but Nidoking would also work and would not have a type overlap like Croak/Shao. And to replace Manectric, a strong physical attacker like Haxorus or Cloyster would do wonders. I would also recommend dropping Mismagius for Forretress so you can have Rapid Spin, Stealth Rock, and Spikes on your team.
