It's a shame that we'll probably never see Sabrina in her HGSS outfit

Of all the older Gym leaders that I wish appeared again, Sabrina would be it. Not only would she have gone through major character development since we last saw her (she'd be an almost completely different character), but she also still likely has that Haunter that followed Ash and her HGSS look is awesome.

Its a damn shame we'll probably not see her since HGSS advertising is coming to an end now.

Just look at how different Sabrina is:

^ Pretty much the total opposite of everything she was in Kanto. It's a damn shame we'll never see this in the anime. She would be one of the best developed Gym leaders to go from evil and psychotic to this.

well being that we didn't see ANY kanto gym leaders..(expect for brock and theres a chance of a Misty cameo during the league) its not really all that devastating to be honest

I dunno, the new one is a bit bland imo, and she doesn't really look like herself.

I doubt Haunter is with her - some fans made up that "Ash gave it to her" but Ash never owned it and we never saw any hint that it decided to stay with her

No matter how trivial this may seem, I actually agree with Scott. I'd love for Misty, Sabrina, and Erika to appear, and to see how much they've grown. Sabrina looks awesome, and it is awesome to see older Gym Leaders IMO.

ho-oh,quick thinking gible,it all makes sense now.In fact, I remember someone commenting about Jasmine´s appearance saying something like "she was the most dull of all the femele gym leaders".

Actually, I think it makes more sense for animeverse Sabrina to wear something like that. With the character development that happened, Sabrina reinventing herself wouldn't be too out of the question.
