This is an extremely nooby question but i honestly need to know. Ive been playing since Gen 1 and about a month ago i got heartgold. Go The Nat dex and then i heard about IV and EV training. Raising Stats and whatnot. I get it but dont entirely undertsand it. Can someone explain please :D
