In-game, Charizard and Lucario. In Brawl, Pikachu.

In-game, either Charizard or Lucario. In Brawl, depends on the player's skills, but I'll go with Pikachu since he's my 2nd favorite character. Metaknight would kick their butt

Ivysaur. It can deal a lot of damage in a short amount of time.

Hard to say. In terms of the Pokemon themselves, I would have to
say Charizard.

Jigglypuff. It can be really useful in Brawl. Unless you are talking about the actual Pokemon games. Then, I suppose Pikachu. It has an advantage over most of the Pokemon here.
