Japan to have Pokémon Scrap distribution of Hidden Ability Legendary birds, Shiny Eevee: ...

The latest issue of CoroCoro Comic has revealed that the Pokémon Scrap campaign will return to Japan. This campaign will include distributions of the Legendary birds with their Hidden Abilities, as well as a Shiny Eevee.
