Can anyone tell me of the likes of any doujinji (is that right?) they've encoutered, shippy in nature?

Re: Japanes Fan Fics

doujinshi, you mean?
i've found a couple ash/gary doujinshi, and i think one that was ash/human!pikachu (...yeah o3o). but other than that i've seen very few. occasionally you find short, shippy comics on pixiv or other fanart sites, but it's really quite odd how few actual pokemon doujinshi there are, considering how huge the japanese fandom is.
i'm interested in seeing what other people have found though...

*has come to a conclusion*

As long as no doujin are physically shared (meaning links, or pointing out places to find them), discussion can remain.

Of course they do, though unless you have a good translator (or can read the text in general), most non-Japanese-fluent people don't seek them out (or are even to distinguish them from anything else).

There are even cases of doujinshi having short stories, or sometimes, the doujinshi is just short stories, like a novella. I almost got my hands on one of those (during my DBZ days), when I didn't understand what I would be buying was mostly text, so I'm only partially glad I missed out.

Re: Japanes Fan Fics

Wait, is it illegal or something?
It's on the sketchy side. Not all doujinka like their works being scanned and available for free, when they create them to be sold. It's no different than what happens with publicized manga and the recent shut-down of manga provider sites, both including scanlations and raws.

Better to be safe than sorry. It's also respectful.
