If your virus scanner tells you where they are, go in and manually delete them (assuming they're not critical files).

I know AVG Free ( http://free.grisoft.com ) removed several instances of that virus yesterday from a computer at the repair shop I work at.

I'm not quite sure how to find them. And I have AVG, but since I loaded Firefox, it's stopped doing daily updates.

Here's a picture of what my scanner yields.

See at the very right edge of the window there's the section that says C:\Documents and Settings\...? What you need to do is scroll to the right, and expand the Path section (you drag the right edge of the header to the right) until you can see where the infected file is located. Then you go into My Computer and make your way to that location. Once you find the infected file, click once on it and use Shift+Delete to delete it without sending it to the Recycling Bin.

Let me know if there's any of that you don't understand.
