Ive searched, and found nothing pertaining to this, so here goes..

ybe it's just me, but don't you think that The trio have been following Ash & friends for too long already I don't see why, out of all the times their plans have failed, that they continue to follow them.

Your opinions?

That's basically the reason why they're following him. Not to mention they provides great comic relief as well, and some good moments in a very lackluster show(hence the reason why I watch it).
 
Because they'll never give up.

Heck, Jesse's mom is still looking for Mew, and there's a very real chance that she's been dead for twenty years. Now *that's* dedication!
 
They're ultra-determined idiots. They're not going to stop until the show ends.

People are going to get angry if they leave.
 
They're doing it to stay together as friends and for fun mostly I would guess. I think the person that voices Meowth said as much once.

Anyways This is how i see it..

Kanto: Everything original or different including some funny moments
Orange Islands And Johto: Was getting a bit old..
Hoenn: It was getting annoying
Sinnoh: Seriously its the SAME exit in nearly EVERY episode..

Now as for do i think that should get rejected... Nah they add a bit of flavour to the anime and anything that does that helps

^ Okay then lol...

I like Team Rocket, but I kind of agree somewhat. They do tend to do the same stuff over and over when it hasn't worked before, but it's also sort of funny in a way. If TR wasn't in the show, I probably would've stopped watching years ago. They add the comedic elements to it, which the show would likely lose a lot of that if TR weren't around anymore; at least I think so. :)
 
Team Rocket is awesome and is one of the reasons why I watch Pokemon in the first place(the other reason is Brock, but let's not get into that!). They keep the show alive and inject it with a little humor.

Team Rocket are still funny but it really does depend on the episode. Some eps they are kinda annoying since they're just used for filler to steal a Pokemon at the end of an episode, but in others Team Rocket are comedic gold.

I also like it that Jessie/James/Meowth never lost their personalities over the years.

Lots of the characters from Season 1 lost their personalities over the years and turned into boring versions of their former selves, (Misty and Brock, I'm looking at you two), so I'm glad TR never suffered through that fate.

I mean let's face it, TR have aged a lot better as characters than Misty or Brock did. I can still find Team Rocket funny, yet Brock is only slightly amusing nowadays and Misty lost her personality altogether back in Johto.

That is proof they're still decent characters.
