*has no idea if this goes in the Stories Cafe or here*
*also realizes that she will probably get even fewer answers here than in the Sailor Moon forums, but is willing to give it a shot anyway*
Okay, I made up this story about four characters who supposedly represent the Shitennou (I haven't decided the exact circumstances yet...all I know is that it involves magical Mobile Suit/ Mecha/ Escaflowne-type thingies that look like mythological beings), but who all have kinda ironic/ angsty personalities.
Montaro, the strongest of the four and therefore Tamon's counterpart, is very skilled at what he does, but he grew up with cold and abusive guardians who have crippled his self-esteem. Tamonten's probably pretty confident IMO, so it's ironic that he has such a dark view of himself.
Chokichi (if someone can suggest a less silly-sounding male name that begins with "Cho", please do), Zoucho's counterpart, is actually a woman named Zoe. She hides her gender, as well as tears, her actual origin (some nation that is regarded as weak on this imaginary planet), and everything else she deems as signs of weakness where they tear at her strength on the inside. She could probably use the help of Zouchoten, who is supposed to be the one to relieve suffering through teaching wisdom.
Mokuba, Komoku's counterpart, is an atheistic cynic who has taught himself to doubt everyone and believe nothing. Komokuten is the one that teaches enlightenment, so Mokuba's personality is also kinda ironic.
The question is: What should I do with Jikoku? I don't really know much about this particular Shitennou to produce an ironic personality and I can't find any male names that begin with "Koku". Should I even have that pun-type thingy with all the names or should I think of something better? Input appreciated.
The place I used as my main source of info on the Shitennou, in case anyone's curious: http://www.onmarkproductions.com/html/shitenno.shtml
