Professor Oak will attack you but it will say "Imposter Oak attacks" and then you fight GHOST and kills everyone while the Unown say creepy messages like WE SAW YOU BROWSING DIRTY WEBSITES YESTERDAY AND WE LIKED THEM PLEASE SHOW US AGAIN NEXT TIME (isn't that creepy?) but Arceus uses them to revive everyone and then it says "Arceus is evolving!" and it evolves into Pikablu which is GOD/WATER/ELECTRIC and knows BROCKBROCK which can OHKO Joey's Rattata.

So the Legendary Pokemon win, as Pikablu is a Pokegod and a Legendary.

Wouldn't it be funny if instead of "Legendary Pokemon", the fandom actually ended up using "Pokegods" instead? It's most likely the mayor noticeable difference of you waking up in the Cyrusverse.

Oddish ran out of PP, so to make a little sense of this post, I'll say that everytime that Joey calls you about how strong his RattataRaticate is, it's actually because he's happy of just having won a battle against a random trainer.
So maybe his RattataRaticate isn't that great as he thinks, but among the trainers of his area that RattataRaticate is boss and "top percentage".
