Johto/Advanced Season DVDs...

I figure some of the people around here would know so here is my question.
I know those Kanto and Orange Island DVD sets came out awhile ago, but I was wondering if there gonna come out with sets for Johto and Hoenn too. I'm guessing that they will eventually get released, but I figured someone around here might know when.

Master Quest (the last season of Johto) was released on two boxsets a long time ago. You can probably find it online. The first two Johto seasons weren't collected yet.

Pokemon Advanced (the first season of Hoenn), was also released on a boxset a few years ago. Advance Challenge and Advance Battle were released on DVDs with 5 eps per disc, and they did finish the entire saga, but that isn't a boxset.

I do assume PUSA will get around to releasing boxsets of these arcs at some point, as they had recently finished Battle Frontier and the beginning of DP on DVD boxsets, and now Kanto and Orange are finished too, so there's not many other seasons for them to collect besides going backward to the earlier ones.

With HGSS being released, I'm HOPING PUSA will take the opportunity to re-release Johto Journeys/JLC...

I do think Johto Journies at least has a chance of being released next, as JLC was released on collector sets of 7 ep discs, but Johto Journies didn't get that treatment.

I would love for this to happen, and like Nekusagi said, I hope that they do use the HGSS promotional period, to release them, that would be great.

I would love for that to happen too. While all of Johto League Champions was released on single disc DVDs, both those and the video tapes for Johto Journeys have long been out of print and are pretty hard to find, especially with people who can't look for them online. I think that you can find Master Quest still relatively easy online, but I'm not totally sure about that at the moment. Promoting HG and SS with re-releasing the Johto seasons would be an awesome choice to make. It would certainly make me one happy Pokemon fan.

While I may not be that big of a Johto Fan. Both the Pokémon Fan and DVD Collector in me would be thrilled if the Johto Seasons were released in Box Sets because of the release of HeartGold/SoulSilver.

They knew they would tap into the market with sets of the old school season...I honestly don't think that people would want to buy a boxset of the Johto season...althoguh I suppose they should release a first box and see if it sells.

With almost the entire series available and GSDS on their way why wouldn't people want to buy what's left of Jouto? I know I will, same for what remains of AG. That's basically all I need to have the complete series on DVD.
