It's now out. It has all 52 Season 4 episodes on it, so far as I've read. And they're on five discs.

Japanese cartoon DVD prices are such teases... I ordered mine from Amazon for a discount I'm sure won't last long (not to mention tax and S&H made the discount almost meaningless). So, in at least two weeks' time (one week for the arrival and another week to actually watch it), I'll have an actual opinion on this set.

BTW this shit cost $59.99 with tax that's almost $80 and I was like are U serious?
 
Got my set today! And I have to admit something: though I'm not mad about this, it's still worth pointing out: there's 6 discs, not 5 like the package says. Downside to that: the package lied. Upside to that: the possibility that each episode will look better, since there's an extra disc to work with.

Really? Because I got mine's the other day and it had the 5 discs or was it because of how you got your's turned out?

If your set has 5 discs, you're missing a disc from that set. I saw some Amazon reviews say that there are indeed 6 discs.

Try returning it and exchanging it. I'm sure the store you got it from will let you.
