Ok, so i would like any of the Johto starter pokemon in ANY evolutional stage. I can trade a Phione, Torchic, Bulbasaur, Charmander, any of the Sinnoh starters or another pokemon if necessary. Natures/IV's/Gender all doesn't matter as they are going to be for breeding.
