I think that Bulbagarden should have a place to post your favorite Pokemon jokes and comment on already existing ones.
 
I don't think there would be a need to make a new forum all-together, I think a thread in Fun & Games or something would be appropriate, IMO.

The Hall of Shame used to fill out that position. It didn't work out too well. And is it really worthy of an entire forum?

UP, if we're interpreting this to mean something Hall of Shame like, rather than just a forum for one liners, I'm all for it. A spam forum, of sorts.
I guess that's more of an ALTERNATE SUGGESTION.

Pretty much for all the reasons stated above. A joke thread is one thing, but a whole forum is just a waste.

A whole forum? There are already threads devoted to this sort of thing, in various sections. Seems totally unnecessary.
