Junki Takegami, the head writer of Advance?

There's not much background info on the Pokemon anime after Takeshi Shudo left, But I believe Junki Takegami is the real head writer of Advnace, it makes sense he wrote the most episodes and was the head writer for Yugioh GX. I'm surprised he passed on being head writer for DP!
