Looks cool, kinda like a walking Espeon. Looks like quite a swift character - are they meant to be fast moving?
Have you thought about drawing a larger version so that it's easier to see the character? It might also be helpful if we could see him/her in a few different positions? That way we could get a better look at all the different parts of his/her body as well as how they move.
Also the quote makes them sound like quite a troll xD
