Hey, Hello, very nice to meet you all. Soooo...I love music, I love Pokemon, and I love myself. I was introduced to Pokemon when my sister-in-law gave me my first video game in her Sapphire version. I LOVED it, and played it for hours, but my mom used to be one of those "Pokemon are EEE-VILL" kinds, so she took it from me and got rid of it. Eventually, she grew out of this and let my bro give me his collection of Base Set, Jungle, and Fossil cards. I was in heaven, aside from the fact that I had no Pokemon video games. I was also forbidden from purchasing cards for myself, and this was about Christmastime in 2006, so me and another one of my brothers started buying each other multiple "Christmas Presents" in the form of multiple booster packs. These are my fondest memories, me and my brother running around Target, learning abou tnew Pokemon just by the cards, the smell of popcorn and pine in the air...It's what both keeps me alive and makes me depressed...It was a long time before my mom let us buy packs, so we had to sneak them into the house. Meanwhile, I got a Gameboy and a Red version to play through, and that was fun. Then my mom offered a trade: All of my cards for a DS lite and Pearl version. This was my full introduction to Pokemon, and since I have learned just about everything about it. It's kind of sad, really. I wish I could go back and do it all again, learning about Pokemon I didn't know existed. I was hoping Black and White would satisfy, but I was isappointed by those. My dream is to put together a box of Gen. III merch, everything sealed as if it just came out of a store...every ex booster box, every game, all the advanced seasons of the anime, all the Hoenn based manga, everything. And then I would go back to Target with my brother and open them and experience the innocence that I didn't get to fully experience...If only I could forget everything I know...
