Kamen Rider Kage and Kabuto: Revenge of the Yamata no Orochi and the Ushi Oni!

In a secret lab, Yoshimoto looked through the notes of Captain Mikoto Hikishin and the various lab workers in the AAB in the secret project known as Project Direction. Apparently, the project was called so was because the suits from Kamen Rider Ryu and Kamen Rider Taiga were based from the Azure Dragon of the West and the White Tiger of the East.

Also, Yoshimoto, to his surprise, found two more Kamen Rider Suits: one for Kamen Rider Fushicho and one for Kamen Rider Genbu, completing the Directional Animals with the Vermilion Bird of the South and the Black Tortoise of the North, and they belong to AAB Captains Mikoto and Nami. But he wasn't worried about them. He was worried about what to based his own Kamen Rider suit on, and finding an adequate power source without being caught red-handed or too obvious. Such is life...

Nice. And here is the bio of the movie exclusive Rider, Kamen Rider Orochi:

Name: David Connors
Rider Name: Kamen Rider Orochi
Age: 32
Personality: Dark, psychotic, insane, his mood ranges from emotionless to psychotic laughter and joy, he is sadistic and fights simply because he loves his opponent’s pain, as well as his own.
History: A Detective for the Tokyo Police department, Mayor Takashi Yoshimoto appointed him to watch over the police department’s dealings with the two Riders, but really it was to discover the secrets of the manmade Kamen Rider armor, which was used by the corrupt mayor to create David’s own armor, after which he becomes Kamen Rider Orochi to show his true colors.
Animal Base: Yamata no Orochi myth
Armor Appearance: The coloration is blood-red with black highlights in the chest. It’s got spiked shoulders and knees, the helmet resembles a serpent’s, only with horns sticking out the back. His hands have dragon-headed gauntlets on them. He has five slots in his back, which open to let out five mechanical tentacles with dragon heads at the end as a secret weapon.
Weapons: The gauntlets can cover his hands to form crushing jaws and the five heads from his back can both bite and breath laser blasts, fire, extinguishing foam, and water. He has a concealed sword behind his back, which when pulled out forms a long katana.
Catchphrase: “I relish pain, mine or yours.”
Finishing Moves:

Draconic Wrath: The five heads on his back and the ones on his hands fire all powerful lasers in an all-out assault.
Serpent Crusher: Clutches the target with his five heads, then jumps up, pulling them into him as he delivers a powerful dropkick.
Orochi’s Teeth: Split’s the blade on his sword into 7, putting one in each head and his hands and slashes and stabs the target relentlessly.
Heart of the Dragon: Snares the target with his five tentacles and pulls them in, triggering his self-destruct, a final resort attack as it destroys him as well.

Jarret stood a top his hill, training. He was doing pull ups on a tree branch. He was determined to get enough training to be ready for the Masamune Blade. He jumpped down, panting. "Ok, Rao, what's next?"

Eiji sighed. "So captains, any word on Connors? Where he went?"

Nami shook her head. "No, the guy broke into the lab, broke a guards neck, then just disappeared." she said. "We still don't know what, if anything, he stole."

"Poor guy... he was looking at three days from retirement." Iton said, as the guard, while the most easygoing, was also one who took his job seriously.

"In any case, this is a major problem. Gah, I knew I should have rejected Connors! I had a bad feeling and I let the mayor's position sway my judgment!" Capt. Mikoto said, hands covering his face before moving up and over to the back of his head.

Nami put her hand on her friend's shoulder. "It's ok, you couldn't have known the guy was a psychopath." she said. "...Wait, do you think the Mayor may have known more about him than we do? she asked. "I mean he did suggest him." she said. "And then there's the fact the Lunar Eclipse is coming, King Mao might be able to unleash the Dai-Akuma soon."

Capt. Mikoto looked dumbstrucked then infuriated. "He crossed the wrong line to ignore!" He hissed out. Iton looked on with fright.

Rao pondered, then took out measuring tape (the roll up one, not the metallic ones) and walked, eye on the tape, as it goes as far as 100 meters. When it stopped, she took out a black flag with a white outline of Jarret's Kage helmet and planted it. "Here!" She yelled, waving her hand. 100 meters is quite a distance.

"We should check on that." said Eiji. "IT may be a good idea to alert the rest of the government to, someone that corrupt shouldn't be in power."

Jarret nodded, getting ready and running. He reached the flag in a shorter period than an average human would be able to do, then collapsed panting.

"You're right. But why would the mayor... Kage and Yoko." Capt. Mikoto sighed out, having answered his own question.

Rao gave Jarret a cold water bottle. "2.43.21 minutes. Not bad." She said, taking out a stopwatch.

Nami nodded. "Yeah, that's probably why, but what was Connors mission here?" she asked. "Find information on them?"

And Crocodile Akuma swam threw the sewers into the city.

"No. Use our own advancement for Akuma prevention against them. Specifically, he went through our documents for Project Direction, if the fact some papers aren't in their proper place in the file is any clue." Capt. Mikoto said, as that was the first thing he searched through when he saw the dead guard.

"Of course. We are Kamen Riders. We are more fit than normal humans." Rao said, agreeing with him.

The croc Akuma erupted through the sewer hole to the surface and began to rampage.

Alarms sounded in the base and Nami turned on a TV to see what was happening. "Crocidile Akuma...holy crap!" she yelled. "IS that who I think it is?" she asked, watching Connors approach the reptile.

"That's Connors! Wearing our tech!" Iton yelled, pointing at the collaspible belt he has in his hands.

((Kind of similar to Ixa's belt.))

Connors put his belt in. He then held a fist-mounted object with a snake-head on it. "Henshin!" he yelled, putting it in the rest of the belt.

"ARMOR ENGAGED..." the belt announced in a dark, almost demonic voice. The snake's eyes projected a pitch-black hologram of his Rider form, dark flames coming off it. It covered him, tranforming him into Kamen Rider Orochi, the eyes lightning up blood red. "OPPERATIONAL..." it announced, once more with the evil voice. He roared and charged the croc.

OOC: Evil Riders tend to get more dramatic henshins than the good ones, normally because their first appearence is really omnious that way.

Capt. Mikoto was praying to Amaterasu right now, because what he is seeing is her brother's old foe in Rider form. "Impossible... it's the Yamata no Orochi..." He whispered out, watching the Dark Rider make short work of the Crocodile Akuma.

Down in the Akuma stronghold, a bat-like Akumaling showed King Mao a screen. "My king, you should see this! Nilos is getting killed by this abomination of a Rider!" It squeaked out.

The croc swung his fist at Orochi, but the Dark Rider caught it with ease. His gauntlets swung over into mouths and bit down hard on Nilos' hand, crushing bone. As the Akuma roared in agony, Orochi pulled the sword from hs back and slashed the Akuma repeatedly, then kicked him back, releasing his grip on him.

The croc Akuma slammed into a wall, struggling to stand, his hand limp and useless. He charged, throwing his fate to the wind.

five dragon heads extended from his back and bit into Nilos, causing him to roar in agony before being thrown away. "I relish pain, mine or yours, but its time to end this." said Orochi, leviating into the air and forming his dragon hands. Energy sucked into his dragon mouths. He then unleashed repeated energy beams into the Akuma, causing huge explosions, finally a gigantic one, leaving a smoldering crater, the Akuma having been completely destroyed.

Jarret watched this display with shock from the hill. "What power..."

Nami's jaw dropped. "Man...I never thought I'd feel sorry for an Akuma." she said. "What the heck is powering that thing?!"

Mao watched this, then sensed something in the armor and gasped. "Those fools! Do they realize what they've done!"

"None of our Rider Cores are able to unleash that amount of power! Least not yet." Iton exclaimed, seeing all the carnage the Dark Rider unleashed.

Rao was equally shocked, stunned by how quick the Akuma was slain. Yet something is compelling her to fight it. She shook her head when she felt her feet running down the hill, thankfully not activating her device on her wrist for a henshin during the descent.

"Apparently not. Humans do have a history of meddling with things beyond their comprehension and control." The Akumaling said, flying away.

Jarret ran after her. "I don't know if we can beat that guy." said Jarret. "He's extremely powerful."
