Kamen Rider Kage *Me and Infernal King!*

Plot: Plot: In ancient Japan, a race of beings called the Akuma (translates to demon or devil), supernatural creatures whose origin is unknown even to this day, ravaged ancient Japan. However, an ancient samurai rose up and challenged these evil beasts, fighting valantly against their evil. But he alone was not strong enough to overcome them all and seeing his power, the monsters attempted to convert him to one of their own, that is until a miracle took place. Some say the spirits above intervened in his favor, other say his heart was simply too pure to be twisted into their evil ways. Reguardless, their attempt backfired and instead of gaining a powerful new ally, they gained an enemy they couldn't overcome. The samurai turned into an armored warrior known as Kamen Rider Kage. With his great power he overwelmed their foces and finally impaled the Akuma King on his own sword, causing all the Akuma to be sealed within it, which Kage trust into the depths of the sea so they'd never again harm the world of man. With his quest completed, Kage vanished into the shadows.

In modern day Japan, the exploits of Kage are believed to be little more than a legend. But that legend soon becomes frightenly real when the sword containing the Akuma King is dredged up from the ocean's depths. As its examined, the seal is broken and the legions of monsters were unleashed once more. Quickly setting up their ancient base in the heart of Mt. Fuji, the Akuma King sends his menions to unleash destruction on the world of man. However, fate would once again conspire against the monsters, as the descendent of Kage regains his ancestors power, but is still learning to use it. With the new Kamen Rider Kage fighting back, the Akuma King commands his menions to hunt down and murder the descendents of Kage, so another such warrior can't rise against them. But some of them awaken despite this and continue their battle with the evil Akuma.

Akuma: The Akuma are ancient spirit beasts that resemble humanoid animals in samurai-like armor. Each one has an elemental ability based on one of the five Japanese classical elements: Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, Void (meaning things humans can't understand). Only Mao, the Azuma King, has the Void element and can also use the other five. Normal Akuma normally aren't addressed by name, but higher ranking ones are. Most of them will appea to cause destruction and fight the Riders but some will be part of a bigger plot. When killed an Akuma's body cracks, causing their elemental energies to leak out before they explode. Akuma do have a code of armor, requiring that if they lose their will to fight to destroy themselves, if they don't then another Azuma must. But if an Azuma betrays the rest but retains the will to fight, they will settle matters on the battle field.

Name: Jarret Hikari
Rider Name: Kamen Rider Kage
Age: 20
Personality: Kind, friendly, somewhat naive at times but in battle gets serious and focused.
History: He was a normal boy, living in Japan with his parents. However, when the Akuma awakened, he began to change, becoming stronger. Finally, when an Akuma killed his family, he transformed into Kamen Rider Kage to fight them. Since then, he's been facing the Akuma to stop their evil.
Animal Base: Rhinoceros Beetle.
Armor Appearence: Its a dark reddish brown and streamlined, fitting his body. Its shoulders, arms, chest, and legs are heavily armored, a flexiable but durable fabric between the armored plates. His helmet has two large red-beetle-like eyes and a single horn like a Rhinoceros Beetle. The eye in his belt is green
Weapons: Terra Shredder: A samurai sword pulled from his belt. It's hilt has a large green crystal in it and the hilt seems to have one side oversized. This part, however, can be folded up to transform the sword into an ax.
Catchphrase: "Those who do evil will feel my blade!"
Finishing Moves:
Purity's Light: His right foot glows with a radiant light before he jumpped into the air and lands an ax kick on the target's head.
Assault Blade: Runs his hand over the jewel on the Terra Shredder while in sword mode, causing the blade to glow. He then charges the opponent and delievers a series of fast slashes. He also perform this move by simply slashing in front of him, sending an energy slash through the target.
Terra Crusher: Runs his hand over Terra Shredder's jewel while in ax mode, then charges the opponent and slashes with one hand, the ax getting caught in their shoulder before he grabs it with both hands and finishes the slash.

Name: Akari Tsuchi
Rider Name: Kamen Rider Akarui
Age: 20
Personality: She’s bubbly, and generally a fun loving girl. She’s extremely curious and loves to learn more things. She loves the city, having lived out in the country in Hokkaido, and tends to get distracted by things. However, like her cousin, she has a habit of getting serious in battle. She’s fiercely protective of her cousin.
History: Jarrett’s cousin from Hokkaido, whose powers recently awakened during the first Akuma attacks while they were scouting out Japan. She, like her cousin, had enough Akuma blood to become a Rider, and was trained by Suzuku, destroying Akuma up in Hokkaido that were scouting the area to explain the destruction of the original Akuma sent to scout the area, which she destroyed after it attacked her family‘s home and awakened her powers. After finishing them all off, she headed to Tokyo at Suzuku’s orders. She loves her cousin and is very protective of him.
Animal Base: Green Peacock
Armor Appearance: She’s very similar to Kage in body armor, only female. Her helmet has large eyes with a Peacock’s head between them, the head feathers forming a crest for the helmet. Behind her are a ‘cape’ formed of a peacock’s tail, having a beautiful appearance. Her default is green with red highlights and eyes (including the eyespots on the ‘tails‘), her Water Form is blue with sea green highlights and eyes, Fire is red with deep blue eyes and patterns, and Earth is brown with green patterns and eyes.
Weapons:
Avian Sabers: A pair of swords that she can use in battle, which are curved and duel wielded. She can combine them into Naginata Mode, joining them by the hilts and turning them into a longer pole weapon.
Shining Wings: Wings that are normally folded up behind her in a cape but can unfold and allow flight, as well as project a blinding flash of light to stun the target.
Talon Blades: Bladed talons that extends from her feet to increase kicking powers
Catchphrase: “You’ll be going down in flames.” “Crash and burn…”
Finishing Moves:
Wind/Water/Fire/Earth Dance: Spins her weapon around her at a high speed, kicking up a wind storm to distract the enemy before charging forwards and performing a spinning slash through them, seemingly having no effect until they begin cracking and she snaps her fingers in a taunt in time with their destruction. The blade is energized with the element going with her form.
Tailspin Kick: Flies high into the air and descends at the opponent, extending the Talon Blades spinning around and doing a elementally powered flying roundhouse kick.
Blinding Slice: She flies upwards with the Avian Sabers separate and let’s loose a blinding flash from her wings. As the enemy is blind, she dives down at them and gives a double overhead slice through them, the swords energized with the correct element for her form.

Name: King Mao
Age: Several centuries old.
Personality: Cruel, sadistic, evil, hats those who will dishonor themselves. Craves a worthy opponent.
History: The kind of the Akuma, he ravaged Japan in ancient times, until the original Kage appeared. After an epic battle, he was impaled on his own sword, imprisoning him and the rest of his kind inside it. Released into modern Japan, he seeks to continue he age old rampage. He still bares a glowing scar in his chest from being impaled by Kage.
Animal Base: Elepant Beetle.
Element: Void, all other elements.
Weapons: Muramasa Blade: A long katana forged by the legendary swordsman it's name implied. It an evil blade that compales the user to commit acts of terrible bloodlust. Only one with a pure soul, good or evil, can wield it without this effect. It is too heavy for a normal human to lift as it is. Only two beings are known to have weilded it without sucumbing to its curse, King Mao, and the original Kage. If King Mao is impaled on it, he and all the Akuma will be imprisoned within it.

Name: Eiji Takeo
Rider Name: Kamen Rider Taiga
Age: 36
Personality: Normally strict, by the books, and easily angered. However if you get to know him, he’s friendly and a good friend, just you got to get past the hard surface.
History: As a young man, he lost everything he owned to the Akuma, his family, his home, even the woman he loved. He then entered the government’s Kamen Rider program, being trained and becoming Kamen Rider Taiga. He considers the two mythical Kamen Riders equal a threat to the Akuma at first. Unlike the supernatural systems of the two Riders, his is manmade. When he activates his transformation, the Taiga suit projects out and forms over him.
Animal Base: The White Tiger of the East myth, angel.
Armor Appearance: His armor is silverish-white in color with golden trim giving it a somewhat angelic appearance, the helmet resembling the face of a tiger, but the eyes fierce and animalistic in their outline, not simply round. The arms are heavily armored, the joints made of a weaker but very durable material. The fingers end in clawed ends. His transformation items are the Tiger Fangs, a pair of devices resembling brass knuckles, which he slams into the side of his belt to transform. The belt resembles a rectangular gray box with a golden circle in the middle (resembling a halo) , a white crystal inside it.
Weapons: Tiger Fangs: The brass knuckle type devices he uses to transform. Upon transformation, they’re kept in his belt until he needs them. He can also use these to fight in human form, but they are much more useful in his Rider Form.
Taiga Slayers: Two long blades that can extend from the wrists of his Rider Form to be used in battle.
Catchphrase: “You’re my prey! Prepare to die!”
Finishing Moves:

Dai-Shogeki (Great Impact): His Rider Punch. Machinery in his armor vibrates the Tiger Fangs at high speeds and diverts energy to the arm delivering the attack to increase the strength. He then charges and deliverers a bone crushing punch with a visible shockwave. He can otherwise simply catch a jumping opponent with the punch as a counterattack. He can also charge energy to both arms for a double version, but this slows the movement of the rest of the armor considerably.
Pounce Kick: Jumps up and front flips, pistons in the legs of the armor pulling back, and then hit’s a dropkick. Upon impact, the pistons slam down, transmitting kinetic energy into his feet and the opponent and giving him a boost to back flip off the victim.
Mortal Strike: Extends his blades, causing them to vibrate at high speeds. He then charges and stabs both into the victim, letting the blades vibrate inside them before throwing them overhead for the finish.

Name: Nami Hamasaki
Rider Name: Kamen Rider Genbu (the name of the legend, chosen because Turtle translates to Kame)
Age: 36
Personality: A tomboy, she’s tough, strong willed, and doesn’t back down from anything. She always sees the upside and can be quite intimidating if she needs to.
History: Captain Mikoto’s old friend. They’ve been friends for a long time, but she went to America to train overseas. She returned to Japan to visit and help with the Akuma threat. She eventually becomes Kamen Rider Genbu to help in the battle with the evil Kamen Rider Orochi. Afterwards she remains active as a Rider.
Animal Base: The Black Turtle of the North Legend.
Armor Appearance: Her armor is formfitting but more heavily armored around the chest. It’s got thicker armor than the other Mecha Riders, but still thin flexible enough to retain full movement. The armor is a really dark blue, while the fabric is black. The helmet resembles a turtle’s head with a V-shaped blue visor. It has a shell on the back which can detach to be used in combat.
Weapons:
Tidal Spear: A harpoon-like weapon that can also fire a grappling hook to reel in targets similar to a finishing rod.
Kame Cutter: The shell on her back taken out to be wielded as a shield, it has a bladed edge that can be used as a weapon if thrown. It can also be used as a snowboard-type device.
Hydro Cannons: She has cannons mounted on her wrists that fire high pressure water streams by absorbing moisture from the air to refill internal water cells. These streams can cut through steel. They can also shoot steam for a smokescreen or a quick freezing mist.
Catchphrase: “Let me wash away your sins!”
Finishing Moves:
Tsunami Cutter: Throws the Kame Cutter at the target. While flying it releases water from its blades to form a small water tornado to increase the damage and speed.
Wave Breaker: Uses her Hydro Cannons to launch herself high into the air and comes down with a powerful dropkick, firing ice streams to freeze the target solid before impact.
Raging Tide: Launches the grappling hook from her spear, catching the target and bringing them back, impaling them on the weapon, which vibrates at high speeds to cause greater damage.

Infernal King's manmade Rider:

Name: Iton Yamamoto

Rider Name: Kamen Rider Ryu

Age: 27

Personality: Strong sense of honor; hero complex; blunt; black-and-white visoneer; high and mighty

History: Iton grew up in a family line of law enforcement agents. His family was hit hard by the Akuma infestation, as some of his family were killed while fighting the Akuma threat, and has made it his personal goal to rid the Akuma from the world, forever. Thus, he hates Kage and Yoko with a passion. Behind closed doors, of course.


Animal Base: The Azure Dragon of the West myth; angel.


Armor Appearance: His armor is rather bulky, looking like a classic sci-fi robo cop. His helmet has been modeled after the Asian Lung dragon, with spikes coming out of the shoulders to resemble eastern dragon horns, and small spikes jut out of his back to stimulate spine spikes.


Weapons:

Tenho: "Heavenly Cannon"; his right arm is fitted with a small cannon that can fire various beam-based attacks.

Tenfune: "Heavenly Sword"; deployed by a slot on his belt, this sword can burn at temperatures that can easily slash through Akuma skin, excluding the Kamen Suits, their weapons, and, strangely, their cycles.

Tenyari: "Heavenly Spear"; deployed and extended from his back, this spear has the potential to pierce though much known metals while able to superheat the spearhead to go through the things the normal spear couldn't. It still carries Tenfune's lack of actually harming a true Kamen Rider, their weapons, or cycles.

Catchphrase: "Be gone from us, Yajuu!"


Finishing Moves:

Tenken: "Heavenly Fist/Punishment"; His suit charges enormous power to his cocked-back fist and lets loose a punch that can go through a solid I-beam.

Hyper Dragon's Breath: He fires an ion beam from his cannon that can bore through most Akuma like a hot knife through butter.

Thunder Spear Strike: He throws Tenyari, gathering emmense electrical build up doing so and strikes with enough force to match a mini-nuke.

Name: Raō Akari

Rider Name: Yōko

Age: 17

Personality: Honorable; sarcastic; flippant; unflappable

History: Raō was born and raised in the U.S. with a kind Japanese mother and a gruff Army dad. During a visit to Japan to visit her grandparents, she got very intimately involved in the Rider-Akuma struggle and became Kamen Rider Yōko after she helped killed a fox-based Akuma with her wielding a combat knife her dad gave her as protection.

Animal Base: mythological kitsune

Armor Appearance: Her helmet is shaped like that of a fox's head, though resting on the forehead is a jewel that looks like a demonic eye. Her suit is colored like the red fox, with white areas on the hands and feet. Cloth-like drapes hang out from her belt at the back, fashioned into 9 coattails colored like fox tails. In the middle of her belt buckle is a red jewel with a black line in it, like a demonic eyeball. Her boots have short spikes, and her gloves have nails on them, resembling natural claws and nails. Also, intergrated into her suit is what looked like to be samurai armor for the torso, forearms, and thighs, but smaller to promote flexibility.

Weapons:

Twin tri-claws "Kitsune Tsume" [Fox Claw]

A daitō "Kobimaru" [Fox Tail]

Twin spiked Cetus "Kotsū" [Fox Fang

Catchphrase: "Let's dance, big ugly!"

Finishing Moves:

Imari: "Menacing Ball"; Yōko fires a concentrated blast of energy from her palms that form from energy tendrils in the shape of tails from the third eye on her helmet. During so, her tails on her suit glow white for how much energy she's using in the attack. The more tails, the more powerful. However, since this is a charge attack, it can leave her open to a sneak attack from behind. Also, the more tails she is using, the longer it takes to prime the attacks by a minute.

Kitsune-bi: "Foxfire"; Yōko fires a blast of blue and white flames at her target.

Samurai Flame Blade: Yōko creates a sheath of hellfire or foxfire around Kobimaru's blade, creating a slash-and-burn effect. She can also use it as a ranged attack by swinging it hard enough.

Name: Cap. Mikoto Hikishin

Rider Name: Kamen Rider Fushichō

Age: 42

Personality: Strong sense of honor; blunt; Responsible; Leader-minded

History: A member of the Anti-Akuma Brigade ever since the Akumas first resurfaced, he eventually got the leader position after he showed valor with the prototype Kamen Rider Suit dubbed "Inferno". Due to his passion with it, he refused the suit to be used for scrap, so he had it modified and tested in secret, in dead hours of the night by him and a selected toupe of researchers.


Animal Base: The Vermilion Bird of the South myth

Armor Appearance: His armor is rather form-fitting and is colored with the colors of fire, with his entire chest and back colored vermilion. Draping from his back is mechanical wings with boosters to enable flight. On his feet are boots made to resemble bird feet, specifically, the birds of prey, with his gauntlets envoking the same resemblance, only his fingers are tipped with talons. His helmet is shaped after the golden eagle of Mexico.


Weapons:

Hakumei: "Twilight"; This sword of his is an old friend of his, having served him ever since he was a Masked Trooper, using it to attack Akumas as best as he can.

Hiso: "Fire Spear; This yari-shaped weapon has the head in the shape of rolling flames in gold, with the shaft bright red.

Fire Cracker: His sidearms, they are modeled after the Uzi machine pistols, only slightly bigger than normal. They fire capsules filled with fire.


Catchphrase: "Disappear in flames!"


Finishing Moves:

Inferno: He combines his Fire Crackers with his Hiso, then fires a tremendous blast of fire.

Fiery Finish Kick-Off: He spreads the wings on his back, then takes off. Conjuring fire, he then covers himself in it and dive-bombs at his target with his right foot out.

Yuhi Hifenikkusu: "Evening Sun Fire Phoenix"; He takes out Hakumei and coats it in fire. Once so, he traces a circle, then slashes at the target with it. Once it explodes, a cloud of flame comes out and resembles the setting sun.

Jarret set in his 'home' a tree above the city with a hamic to sleep in and a radio, as well as a police scanner, which he was switching through. He hadn't been one to like settling down since the Azuma where all over Japan, he just moved from hotspot to hotspot. He finally came across something of intrest.

"Calling all units, we've sighted a Mole-like creature terrorizing civilians in the subway, help needed immidiately." said the police dispatcher.

Jarret jumpped down from his tree and walked over to his motorcycle, which resembled a normal dirtbike, but when he transformed so would it. He hopped on and took off for the subway.

OOC: Do you think the authorities should know the name of the Azuma or have a codename for them? Might add some believibility to it.

Raō was going through the markets for food for "oba-chan", only to see the T.V. reports of a Akuma raging through the city. Course, normal humans don't know what their actual names are, but preferred to call them "Yajuu", translated into English as "monster" or "beast", which is pretty close to most of them. She whistled loudly, and her motorcycle, a 2010 Harley Davison Fat Boy, came to her side. "Let's ride!" She exclaimed as he got on it and zoomed away, whooping as she did so.

Jarret surged through the streets, heading towards the Azuma sighting, or of course as humans called them, Yajuu. He turned a corner and saw an entrence to the subway, people running out in a panic. "Must be the place." he said, stopping and getting off. He held his hands to his midsection, causing his belt to materilize in black flames. "Henshin!" he yelled, taking a battle pose as the eye of his belt shown with green energy, molding to his body before shattering to become Kamen Rider Kage. He marched forwards towards the subway, people getting out of his way, thinking he was a monster to. He marched down the stairs as the Mole Azuma, armed with a large warhammer, smashed through a wall into the area. "Those who do evil will feel my blade!" he yelled, pointing at it, getting a roar.

OOC: Should Kage and Yoko be considered Yajuu as well or something else? They could just be called Kamen Riders because it directly translates to Masked Rider, and they're masked warriors riding motorcycles.

"Yee-HAAAW!" Raō yelled as she jumped down a subway entrance after a mob of people came out, grinding on the rails like a skateboard. Once she jumped over the toll area, she saw a man wearing an insect-themed Kamen suit and the Akuma. Putting the kickstand up, she walked to her fellow Kamen Rider. "Room for two? Henshin!" She yelled, posing as well as she transformed into Kamen Rider Yōko. "Let's dance, big ugly!" She said to the Akuma, who got mad from the insult. Metal rendering was heard as Yōko's bike transformed, the bike now looking like something straight from Hell. It was a mix between a classic roadhog bike and a metal demonic fox skeleton.

The Mole Akuma charged forwards, swinging his warhammer mencingly, trying to strike the two. In truth, he was happy to face such renown warriors as these, Akuma craved combat against strong opponents, and ultimately dieing in battle was their goal.

Jarret jumped, flipping over and landing behind the Azuma before kicking it in the back, staggering him forwards towards Rao.

"Kotsū!" She yelled, and her gloves transformed into her spiked cestus gloves in a burst of fire. "Now it's time for a... SHOOORYUKEN!" Yoko yelled, slamming her right Kotsū into the Mole Akuma's chin, sending him sprawling backwards as Yoko pulled off one of Street Fighter's most famous moves.

"Terra Shredder!" called Jarret, holding his hand over his belt's eye and the Terra Shredder's hilt emerging. He took the sword and pulled it out. He slashed the Mole Akuma (why did I keep calling them Azuma?) in the back, then dodged a smash from its war hammer, changing the Terra Shredder to Ax mode and slashing it across the face.

OOC: Should the Mole escape and come back for round two or be destroyed because its their first opponent?

The Mole Akuma looked at his odds, which were at an all-time low: fighting two Kamen Riders at once was a real bad idea. So it did the one thing moles do best: dig, and he dug his ass out of there, though not before yelling "My escape!" Yoko tried to grab his head before he got away, but was too late. "Kuso!" She cursed, reverting her gloves to normal.

Jarret walked over to the other Rider. "Well I didn't know I wasn't the only Rider." he said. "I guess we must be related, since I inhirated this power from the original Kamen Rider Kage." he said. "I was told others may awaken, I just hadn't heard of any yet."

"If I read enough American comics proves me right, they are afraid, that's all." Yoko said, before reverting herself back to normal, and by extension, her bike. "Rao Akari." She introduced, offering her hand in a shake.

Jarret reverted back to his human self. "Jarret Hikari, glad to meet you." he said, shaking her hand. "I don't blaim them, but the Akuma are hunting the descendents of the original Kage, so poeple like us don't appear keep popping up against them."

"I see." Rao said, grabbing her motorbike and lifted it up and over the toll area where security is most lax.

"So, sense we're fighting the same enemy, should we travel togather?" asked Jarret, following. "I mean it may be of help to fight togather."

OOC: I was thinking, should there maybe be a manmade Kamen Rider? Like the authories make a technology based Rider system to fight the 'Yajuu'?

OOC: Well actuelly, in universe, there's been Riders with a completely diffrent origin than the main ones, so he'd just be a diffrent type of Rider. I have two possiblities, one he relays on advanced conventual weapons (combat knives, swords, guns, ect.), or his weapons are high tech and allow him to have energy based finishers, just with a diffrent source.
