Kanto Elite 4 in Anime !!!

As you know , Kanto and Jotho share the Same Elite 4 !
But Is it the same case with Anime ???
I mean , If Lance is the E4 Champion of Jotho then who is the champion of Kanto ???
Gary or Blue suppose to be the Champion of Kanto!
But he quits before reaching there !
Plus , If Lance and Bruno moved to Jotho then there 3 member missing in Kanto Elite 4!
So , Do we get some Anime Exclusive Champion and E4 or The Anime will follow the Game!
You Know , I was wondering how ''Champion Princess Iris'' can appear in Anime without Time travel and I find this delicious Idea!
Ash can reenter the Kanto league since he has all the badges but he revisit Kanto to recollect his badge since he didn't earn some of those Badges !
Team Rocket follow the Game story and meet their end !
Anyway ,
-Ash reenter and win Kanto League
-Then He enter a Tournament which will reform A New Elite 4 & Champion for Kanto! The Winner will become the champion while 4 other top rank Trainer will become the new E4 Member!
-Somehow ''Fate of world'' get mix up in this tournament
-anyway ,Ash win the Tournament and become the E4 Champion of Kanto
-Cynthia come to greet Ash as the New Champion of Kento ! She will have a Brief Battle with Ash and then She will tell Ash about the ''World Pokemon Tournament'' which will take place after 2 year!
-Cynthia leave telling Ash ''Don't lose & Protect you title''!
-Ash & Pikachu look at the Sunset and a New challenge in future
-Then there is a Time-Skip for 2 year ! Ash still the E4 Champion of Kanto who honing his skill for 2 year in order to compete in World tournament
-He then find out that Iris has follow his path & become the New E4 Champion in Unova !

So , Do you people think That Ash & 4 other trainer will become the New E4 Champion & E4 Member !
I guess Anime writer will need permission from the Game company ! Unless , Then Turn this whole plot into a Game !
Like A Remake Of Pokemon Yellow !

Sounds boring, really. Besides, we all know Ash can never win a championship to save his life; that would be far too refreshing!
 
Is there even a E4 in Kanto? It's never mentioned what happens to League winners, and they are treated as champions.

True, they mentioned that since Kanto and Johto are linked to each other, the league is merged in to the Indigo Plateau, which is official. Even they did not mention it in the Anime, it should have been the same as the game Gold/Siver has released for years already and they never mentioned anything related to it.

They actually introduced all of the E4 of Kanto. Bruno appeared first in Kanto, Lorelei appeared in the Orange Islands, Lance appeared in Johto and again in Hoenn, and last was Agatha right before Ash started the Battle Frontier. All of them said to be part of the Elite Four, except Lance who is said to be champion of the E4, though this could have meant he was the strongest of them.

But (if I remember right) it's never outright stated or implied that League winners do beat them to be a champion. They're just referred as strong pokemon trainers, not important parts of Satoshi's quest.

I was answering your first question. The whole thing was even brought up until Sinnoh when they met Lucias, and it didn't even matter since Ash is from Kanto.

Well , The Game say that Prima & Agatha retire but that not the same case with the Anime!

May be In Future , Kanto League Official decide to form their Own E4 & champion! So they held a Tournament between Past Indigo League conference Victor to form a New Elite 4 & Champion !
Plus , It will be Kind a Boring if Ash just boldly Challenge The Champion League like a Gym or Battle Frontier or Orange League where Ash has challenge some FIXED Opponent without Competing Against Anybody!
It would be cool if ''Champion League'' is a Actual Tournament where everybody competing against each other to be the E4 Champion !

With what Lucias said I think the champions league is a tournament, plus I think they mention having watched him participate. If Ash were to win the Indigo League then he would be able to enter the champion's league. That what I understand of it.

Also Johto is the one who needs their own E4 and champion, Kanto had Lance first.

Didn't Ash win the Orange League?
 
When Lorelei made her appearance in the anime, I had no idea that it was her because they changed her name to Prima (it was due to a syllable issue with her Japanese name). I don't think they even mentioned she was an elite 4 member.

I don't think they did either, but James does call her Miss Elite, and she is known to be a strong trainer
